Facility Use Policy
The facilities at Spoons Chapel have been dedicated to the Lord and to His service. We believe that everyone should be a good steward of all that God has graciously entrusted to us. The board of trustees is responsible for the facilities of Spoons Chapel and has made the following instructions & request form available.
